MASTER SUITE
This outdated bathroom got a major facelift, creating one of the more luxurious downtown Santa Fe vacation rental properties.  We demoed the old, smelly crawlspace and poured an insulated slab.  Custom vanities were built and installed  in the bath and custom shelving in the master closet.  Reclaimed wirebrushed wood flooring was installed, as well as custom travertine and talavera tile, a steam shower and a soaking tub.

This is a great example of an affordable, nice bathroom remodel.  Easy to clean, new wainscot on the wall, ADA compliant tub and toilet with grab bars for a handicapped client and nichos for added space.

A new floor was installed because the old floor had rotted from water damage.  A new tub, tile, vanity and top were installed.  The entire room was give a smooth coat with mudd and a new layer of paint.  This was a great upgrade for a small investment.
